Delete Your Reach Account

The Reach platform, has been developed by the following developers: Launch57 Inc., and Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care.

If you have an existing account on any app using the Reach platform and would like to delete your account information, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the account you created on the Reach platform.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your screen and select your Profile, or click on the Account tab.
  3. Scroll down and click on the section called Advanced.
  4. Click the Delete Account button.
  5. A confirmation message will appear, click Confirm if you wish to proceed with the deletion of your account

What data gets deleted, kept, or retained?

All of your personal information that was previously entered upon account creation will be deleted from our database. This includes:

  • Username
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Display Name
  • Phone Number
  • Province
 
No personal information will be kept or retained for any period of time. Once an account is deleted, this is a final and non-reversable action.
