Advisory Board Members

Launch57 has experienced significant growth during its first year of operations and now in our second year, we feel it’s important to seek support and advice that an Advisory Board provides.

We are honoured to introduce Kevin W. Brown (FCIP, I.S.P (Ret) ACC) as the first member of Launch57’s Advisory Board. Kevin is a Senior Executive with over 25 years’ experience in the Canadian energy utilities industry including the role of Vice President and Chief Information Officer with EPCOR and ENMAX.

Kevin has a strong background in consulting and executive coaching. He is currently a business strategy consultant and executive coach as a Chair with The Executive Committee (TEC Canada). In fact, Graham Murray, Launch57’s President and CEO, is a 4+ year member of Kevin’s CEO group in Edmonton.  In the past, Kevin was a national president of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS), and a chair of the Conference Board of Canada Council of CIOs. Kevin also possesses expertise in the EOS/Traction method, which Launch57 has adopted.

More on Kevin Brown

Throughout his professional career, Kevin has demonstrated the ability to contribute to, and influence the development of enterprise business strategy and plans, and then focus organizations on successful delivery against business strategy. With proven leadership ability in both building and transforming management teams to deliver bottom line value, Kevin’s skillset perfectly aligns with Launch57’s needs.

Added Value

Kevin brings additional value to our leadership team. Leveraging his executive coaching skills, Kevin holds scheduled meetings with each member of our leadership team to provide one-on-one sessions to develop a coaching program that is unique to each team member. And finally, Kevin chairs our EOS/Traction meetings held quarterly and annually to develop and ensure the leadership remains on track against our one-three-five year goals. Considering these accomplishments and wealth of experience, we are proud to announce Mr. Brown as our first member of our inaugural Advisory Board.

Welcome aboard, Kevin!
