We follow EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) which helps “entrepreneurs clarify their vision, gain traction and increase team health through simple, proven and practical tools”. As a growing tech company in Edmonton, we are really seeing its value, and in particular, everyone knows their role and are comfortable being held accountable. A key ingredient to our success!
We are working on a major release of CommuniBee which, when released in June 2023, will see the integration with our fundraising products (Bid Beacon and Raffle Rocket) including multilingual capability to support more engagement and inclusivity, AI (Artificial Intelligence), improved e-commerce, and many more cool features.
