Ian Halliday has been hired as the Executive Director – Business Development of Launch57 to lead the company into the next phase of its growth in the rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) marketplace.
Halliday will step into his new role effective April 1 and will be based in Toronto. With strong general management, team building, product development, selling and collaborative skills, Halliday brings to Launch57 a background that is extremely well suited to the company’s growth plans. Halliday is a transformational leader with a strong entrepreneurial style and an extensive track record of driving long-term market share and sustainable growth. With experience in the North American, Asian and European markets, his career includes senior-level positions at IBM, SoftKey, Lava Systems, Keane Canada, The Innovation Group (TiG), Novitex Enterprise Solutions, and Worklio. Additionally, he has taken several companies through the IPO process and led numerous corporate acquisition and divestiture initiatives.
